Accreditation is not easily acquired as audited financial records, background and criminal investigations are required by each lender to be provided on all of our managing and working staff. Maintaining accreditation implies providing high levels of ethical and professional standards as well as considerable volumes of loan production. Some lenders request millions of dollars of monthly loan production to be maintained in order to be kept on their accreditation list or given premier access to products exclusively available to specific companies. This is one of the reasons why we offer services and products that are not accessible from other financial institutions. Being a wholesale broker gives us the power to provide products from all available lenders with only one credit check, unlike banks that qualify you only on their in house programs. Our in house obtained credit report is accepted by all the lenders that have accredited us. Furthermore, the lenders have mandated us to process and pre-approve your application. We are accepting these situations because our lenders have instructed us to document and accept these situations. We have lenders that instruct us to accept applications from borrowers that cannot document, income, employment, credit etc. If you meet the other conditions imposed by them you are qualified. All electronic information is kept encrypted on our protected servers. Daily backups and security checks are performed to insure highest level of security. Background, criminal, and credit checks are performed regularly on our staff in order to protect the security of our institution. We have an excellent system of production ranging from accessing credit online on the go at the residence of our borrower to submitting paperless applications, using electronic signatures from our providers and transmitting your loan documents electronically to the title company for you to sign.
